T-Floors to be casted upon

Anders Beton supplies various T-floors to be casted upon for use in cattle barns. All T-floors have been calculated for use in the agricultural environment XA3 for a long lifespan.

Loads / Filling requirements
The finished and cured floor has a load capacity of 500 kg per m². 

Total floor thickness

Deposit to 81 litres of concrete C20/25 per m² so that you obtain a total floor thickness of 15cm.

Other lengths from 200 up to 270cm are available per 5cm with price adjustment.

Loads / Filling requirements
The finished and cured floor is drivable with:
  • Axle load while driving of 12.5tons – wheel tracking distance 2m – wheel base 1.2m – wheel print 40x40cm;
  • Tilt position axle load of 15tons – wheel tracking distance 2m – wheel base 2m - wheel print 40x40cm.

Raised floors of this type with a length of more than 350 cm must be supported prior to filling. Load capacity on request.

Total floor thickness

  • ≤ 300 cm: deposit to 109 litres of concrete C20/25 per m² so that you obtain a total floor thickness of 18 cm.
  • from 305 to 400 cm: deposit to 139 litres of concrete C20/25 per m² so that you obtain a total floor thickness of 21 cm.

Other lengths from 200 up to 400cm are available per 5cm with price adjustment.

We also have fitting pieces from 200 up to 350cm per 10cm.
