Composition of the profiled slat

Standard
Profiled slats are the standard and the reference among concrete slats. Installed in more than 6,000 dairy barns across Europe. The profiled top layer provides increased slip resistance. Ask for references in your region.
Mammoth slat
The basis of our profiled slats is the mammoth slat, a high-quality drive-over cattle slat.

Profiled top layer
A few days after production, the profiling is applied fully automatically.
Modern dairy barns are well ventilated for an optimal barn climate. As a result, concrete floors dry quickly. The profiles ensure that the floor does not dry out quickly. An in-house developed profiling machine profiles the concrete slats in the factory for an optimal result and high durability.

Profiled slats in combination with our ECO-Floor

ECO-Floors are often used in waiting areas at milking robots. In collaboration with our customers, a simple solution was considered for a seamless transition between ECO-Floors and Profiled Slats. This resulted in the development of the ECO-Profile Transition Piece. See ECO-Floors
